our returns policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's what to do:
- Unopened products — can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
- Opened products that didn't work for you — covered by our Skratch Labs Guarantee. Contact us and we'll help.
- Damaged or incorrect items — contact us immediately and we'll sort it out at no cost to you.

- Contact us via our contact page with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We'll confirm the return and provide instructions.
- Once we receive the item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
refunds
Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 3–10 business days to appear in your account.
