Most of our products are gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, non-GMO, and kosher. Our Vegan Recovery Mix is also vegan. Always check the product label for full allergen information as formulations can vary by product.

We use real fruit for flavour — no emulsifiers or stabilisers — so some settling is completely normal. Just give your bottle a quick shake before each sip. It's a sign that the ingredients are real.

Orders are shipped daily via courier Monday to Friday. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location within South Africa.

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over R1000.
